Best Birria Tacos In Utah
Dipping birria isn’t just a trend. It’s here to stay on menus… if you haven’t had these crispy, cheesy tacos dipped in consome then go get some ‑ now! The stewed meat is soft and the crisped shells give a varying texture. It really is a delightful taco to eat. Here’s my list of the best Birria tacos in Utah.

La Casa Del Tamal Mexican Restaurant
These are hands down my favorite Birria tacos in Utah. Amazing flavors and tender Birria. They just got a new location so you don’t have to search for it in the back of the indoor market. Everything about these are amazing and it will be hard to compare another birria taco after trying them.
Los Tapatios Taco Grill
Los Tapatios is on top of some lists as the best Birria. They’re fantastic. You’re going to be wanting more after finishing these drippy, dreamy tacos. They have a more pronounced crisp but that is preferred for many people.
Red Tacos
I will be completely honest. I have been meaning to try these for a long time. Just hasn’t worked out, BUT foodies I trust have these high on their list. I will update my list when I try them this soon. Stay turned when I try them and can dish on the specifics.

Santo Taco
I’m a huge fan of Santo Tacos in general (specifically the asada fries) but also have really liked their Birria. Consome could be a bit zestier but overall it’s delicious. [update] The consome was fantastic this last time. These are likely moving up the list but I want to eat them a few more times (of course).
